When you complete the Group Booking wizard use the Clickherelinktoadd individual bookings. You can also add individual bookings at a later date via the Room List tab of the Group Booking.
When adding a new booking the following fields are automatically populated from the Group Booking. Arrival, # Nights, Departure. You will need to select the number of guests, desired roomtypeand room number. Guest information is entered belowandlast name is an EZ Search populated field. Select the Guaranteebymethod and click complete booking.
You will only be able to book as many rooms as are allotted to the group booking.
