Follow these steps to get started MyBooking

  • Customize MyBooking to your Property. Add logo , banner and and  enter the deposit, cancellation policies that will display.   See MyBooking - Customize to Property
  •  Enter Password in the Guest Information: Enter a Password in the Booking. See MyBooking - Create Password
  • Create a MyBooking Letter. To create a letter with the link to MyBooking and Guest USER ID  and PASSWORD, MyBooking Letters for Email/Print/Cancel and Invoice. Create Letters for each of these functions. See MyBooking - Email/Print Custom Letter
  • Give the Guest login details: The booking can now be accessed by the guest through MyBooking. Give your guest the login details by sending the custom Confirmation Letter, email or phone. See MyBooking - Create Password To easily email the USER ID, Password and the MyBooking link, you can create a custom Confirmation Letter using merge fields to automatically insert the informationn.  Merge Fields - Individual LettersWe have created a simple set of instructions for using MyBooking that you can copy and paste into any email or confirmation letter for guests.
