Overview MyBooking

MyBooking ( is an online booking app that offers a personalized site for guests to manage Bookings and Guest Information. New Bookings can not be made on MyBooking, only viewed and cancelled,

By logging in to, a guest can view, cancel a booking and print, email or add to a calendar the Booking Details. The guest can also edit their contact information and see booking history without having to contact the property directly.

The USER ID and the PASSWORD is unique to the Guest. Therefore. the guest will be able to login to view and manage all of their bookings, both past and future.

All changes made by the guest are automatically updated to MyPMS. When a guest cancels a booking in MyBooking, the booking will update in MyPMS and the status will change to Cancelled. Likewise, any changes made to Guest Details is automatically updated to the Guest Booking Information in MyPMS.

The MyBooking module can also be customized to your property by adding a logo, banner, displaying your marketing policies.

Follow these steps to get started MyBooking

  • Customize MyBooking to your Property. Add logo and  enter the deposit, cancellation policies that will display. See MyBooking - Customize to Property
  •  Enter Password in the Guest Information: Enter a Password in the Booking. See MyBooking - Create Password
  • Create MyBooking Letters for Email/Print/Cancel and Invoice. Create Letters for each of these functions. See MyBooking - Email/Print Custom Letter
  • Give the Guest login details: The booking can now be accessed by the guest through MyBooking. Give your guest the login details by sending the custom Confirmation Letter, email or phone.
