Overview MyBooking

MyBooking (https://mybooking.bookingcenter.com/) is an online service for a guest to manage their Booking and Guest information. New Bookings cannot be made on MyBooking, only viewed and cancelled (if allowed).

By logging in to https://mybooking.bookingcenter.com/, a guest can view, update, and/or cancel a booking with an automatic cancellation fee as in effect at the time of booking - without having to contact the property directly. In this area, a guest can print or email themself the Booking Detail. 

The RUID sent to the Guest is unique. Therefore, the guest will be able to easily login to view and manage their booking.  All changes made by the guest are automatically updated to MyPMS. When a guest cancels a booking in MyBooking, the booking will update in MyPMS and the status will change to Cancelled. Likewise, any changes made to Guest Details is automatically updated to the Guest Booking Information in MyPMS.
