There are three ways to restrict Rates in the Rate Plans. When a Rate Plan is restricted, then it will be unavailable on your website, GDS or frontdesk unless the guest or user enters the correct parameter. Using the Closed to Arrivals, effectively closes the Rate Plan and makes any Room Type it is assigned to unavailable on your website, GDS and Front desk.

IMPORTANT: If you do not want to change any of the Rates for the time period, then uncheck the "Save" boxes next to each rate plan.

Minimum Stay – Minimum length of stay, this is the minimum number of nights that a reservation must be for in order to have this rate applicable. Generally this is used on the lowest rates.
Maximum Stay – Maximum length of stay, this is the maximum number nights
Closed to Arrivals - You can set a rate to be ineligible to arrive on a specific day of the week using the Closed box under the day in question.

The text field at the bottom shows the date ranges you are modifying. Be sure to click 'Save' to save your changes.
