- Item Analysis report: Added the booking Arrival/Departure dates for each item charged to make managing inventory and preparing items for upcoming arrivals more efficient. Item Analysis Report
Occupancy Forecast Report: The Added average totals to Occup % column and ADR

Cancellations Report: We have added OTA and GDS booking cancellations to the Cancellations Report. Easily find all cancelled online bookings by cancellation date or arrival date. For instructions, see Cancellations Report

History link for "closed" AR Accounts: We have added a "History Link" to closed AR Statements to make seeing payment history easier. Learn more about AR Accounts
# of Guests in New Booking Screen: When making a new booking, the "Guest" A/C/I drop down list now reflects the "max # of guests" for the room type selected. This includes room types with higher maximum guest numbers. See
- Group Booking Engine: The "Add Room" function in the Group Booking Engine now displays the Room Rate and Reservation total when a guest is making a booking. All properties using the BookingCenter booking engine has a booking engine for groups. Learn how to use the Group Booking Engine.
