Features and Enhancements:

• Hotel Logo on Folio Print/Email: There is now an option to add your hotel logo to the Folio printout or email. To add your hotel logo, See Setup

• Group Booking Engine: The "Add Room" function in the Group Booking Engine now displays the Room Rate and Reservation total when a guest is making a booking. All properties using the BookingCenter booking engine has a booking engine for groups. Learn how to use the  Group Booking Engine.

• History link for "closed" AR Accounts: We have added a "History Link" to closed AR Statements to make seeing payment history easier. Learn more about AR Payments.

•  # of Guests in New Booking Screen:  When making a new booking, the "Guest" A/C/I  drop down list now reflects the "max # of guests" for the room type selected. This includes room types with a high # of maximum guests. See New Booking Window

Reports Enhancements

• Cancellations Report: We have added OTA and GDS booking cancellations to the Cancellations Report. Easily find all cancelled online bookings by cancellation date or arrival date. For instructions, see  Cancellations Report

• Occupancy Forecast Report: The ADR and Occupancy % columns now have a total average for the date range selected.For detailed instructions, see Occupancy Forecast Report

• Booking Comments Report: This Report now has a Room ID column for easier sorting of booking, guest and folio comments. To learn more, see Booking Comments Report

• Occupancy Forecast Report: The ADR and Occupancy % totals columns now have a total averages for the columns giving you average Occupancy and ADR for the date range selected. For details, see Occupancy Forecast Report

• Item Analysis report:  We have added the booking Arrival/Departure dates for each item charged to make managing inventory and preparing items for upcoming arrivals more efficient. Item Analysis Report

• Tax Exempt Report - This report now has a "Room Rent" column to display total Rent and the tax exempted from the Bookings. For details on the Tax Exempt Report Report, see Tax Exempt Report

We are pleased to announce that the following software bugs were fixed in this release:

• Fixed "Select From List" not translating to multiple languages.

• Fixed bug causing the double clicking of a Complete creating two Group Bookings

• Corrected subtotals for Travel Agents on the Travel Agent Commission Report.

• Corrected Tape Chart alignment inconsistencies on past dates

• Fixed issue with yield profiles not applying to every day of multiple day bookings.
