Make identifying Guests easy on the Tape Chart. Add a Flag to booking by selecting one of your flagged Guest types in the Booking Details. It will appear on the Tape Chart with a red outline around the Guest Booking.
The Booking Flag is set up at the Guest Type level. In order for the Booking Flag to appear on the Tape Chart, the flagged guest type must be selected as the Guest Type in the booking. The red outline flag will automatically appear on all bookings with the guest name assigned the guest type on the Tape Chart.

Set up VIP Flag
Go to SETUP | PARAMETERS | GUEST TYPES. Click the ADD button to create a new Guest Type or click on the Guest Type ID to Edit the Guest Type. 
When the window opens, go to Booking Flag and choose "Yes". Enter any other settings needed. For instructions, see Guest Types.
Then, open the booking and choose the flagged Guest Type. The flag will automatically appear on all bookings with this guest name on the Tape Chart.
