How do I find a Quick List of the daily arrivals, departures and in house guests?

• Use the Quick list function in the Front Desk
• Go to REPORTS | DAILY REPORTS and run an Arrivals, In House Guest Ledger or Departures Report.

Which Reports should I run at the beginning and end of the day? We have a variety of Reports to fit your property needs, but here are some common daily Reports.

• • At the beginning of the day: Arrivals, Departures, Housekeeping , Print All Registration Cards
  • At the end of the day: Batch Settlements, In-house Guest Ledger, Item Analysis
