Overview MyBooking

MyBooking (https://mybooking.bookingcenter.com/) is an online booking app that offers a central area personalized site for guests to manage their bookings Bookings and Guest Information. The MyBooking login page can be accessed from any browser at New Bookings can not be made on MyBooking, only viewed and cancelled,

By logging in to https://mybooking.bookingcenter.com/By logging in to the secured area, a guest can view, cancel a booking and print, email or add to calendars, edit details a calendar the Booking Details. The guest can also edit their contact information and see booking history without having to contact the property directly.

The USER ID and the PASSWORD is unique to the Guest. Therefore. the guest will be able to login to view and manage all of their bookings, both past and future.

All changes made by the guest are Any changes made to a booking by the Guest is automatically updated to MyPMS. When a guest cancels a booking in MyBooking, the booking will update in MyPMS and the status will change to Cancelled. Likewise, any changes made to a booking by the property in MyPMS Guest Details is automatically updated to the Guest Booking SummaryInformation in MyPMS.

The MyBooking module can also be customized to your property by adding a logo, banner, displaying your marketing policies and room type images.

Follow these steps to get started with your customized MyBooking App.

  •  Locate your MyBooking link: Locate your customized booking in  SETUP | BOOKINGS | MYBOOKING CODE in MyPMS.  
 
  • Customize
your
  • MyBooking to your Property.

on the booking engine
  •  Create Booking or open a current Booking: Create a Booking or open an existing booking. See Bookings
  •  Enter Password in the Guest Information: Enter a Password in the Booking. See Guest Information

  • Create a MyBooking Letter. To create a letter with the link to
the Group Booking and user id and password,
  • MyBooking and Guest USER ID  and PASSWORD, 
  • Give the Guest login details: The booking can now be accessed by the guest through MyBooking. Give your guest the login details by sending the custom Confirmation Letter, email or phone. To easily email the USER ID, Password and the MyBooking link, you can create a custom Confirmation Letter using merge fields to automatically insert the informationn.  Merge Fields - Individual Letters

the booking engine
