Gift Certificate Transactions will appear on on several Reports in MyPMS.
- Gift Certificates Sold are Inventory Items. The sale of these items will appear on the Managers Report, Transaction Summary Report, Transactions Report and the Item Analysis Report
- Gift Certificates redeemed or used as payment will appear on the Managers Report, Transaction Summary Report and Transactions Report.

Managers Report
Gift Certificates Sold will appear under Folio Charges/Income and display Today, MTD, YTD sales.
Go to Reports |Accounting | Transactions and choose the date range
Transactions Summary Report
- Go to REPORTS|ACCOUNTING|TRANSACTION SUMMARY
- Choose the date range
- Transaction Category: Choose your Transaction Category Ie. Gift Certificates
- Transaction Type: Choose the name of your Gift Certificate

- Go to REPORTS|ACCOUNTING|TRANSACTIONS
- Choose the date range
- Transaction Category: Choose your Transaction Category Ie. Gift Certificates
- Transaction Type: Choose the name of your Gift Certificate
