RemoteLock is a direct interface supported by BookingCenter to enable an automatic PIN to be assigned to each room in a stay and then this PIN to be incorporated into Self Checkin, Auto Letters, or even manually provided to guests.  With the interface, a Guest can make a booking via a Kiosk and within 60 seconds get a PIN code for their stay and go direct to the door with your explanations to gain Room Entry to the specific Room that is mapped to the RemoteLock lock.

The process works like this:

Request the RemoteLock direct interface from BookingCenter Sales department.

Once you have agreed to the terms, then you will purchase and setup the Locks for your doors. Any number of locks can be supported, but only 1 Lock can be linked to a single 'Room' in MyPMS.

Once you have designed your locks for you property, you will need to OAuth from within your RemoteLock area (https://connect.remotelock.com/) to connect to BookingCenter.  This enables BookingCenter to do the Lock Mappings between each Lock and your Room.
