BookingCenter's Mobile Check-in lets the Guests update Booking Details, Cancel the booking, complete the Self Check-in process and get Room Entry information from their mobile device. The process is fully integrated with your PMS with synchronized status updates, customized messaging and digital document signing.

Once your site is enabled for Self Check-in, the function is enabled for each booking in MyPMS and is seamlessly integrated with BookingCenter Customized Letters. To start the process, the Guest is sent (email and SMS) a customized "Check-in" with a secure link to MyBooking, the BookingCenter guest portal which allows the guest to view and update booking details and complete self check-in.

The secure link emailed to the Guest is unique to each Booking and, therefore will display the details specific to the that particular booking.

When a Guest clicks on the Self Check-in link and logs into MyBooking, they can: 

  1. Complete Self Check-in (assuming all criteria is satisfied)
  2. Manage Booking
    • View and edit basic Guest Details
    • Add or update the payment method

MyBooking (https://mybooking.bookingcenter.com/) is an online booking app that offers a personalized site for guests to manage Bookings and Guest Information. New Bookings can not be made on MyBooking,

The USER ID and the PASSWORD is unique to the Guest. Therefore. the guest will be able to login to view and manage all of their bookings, both past and future.

By logging in to https://mybooking.bookingcenter.com/, a guest can: 

View
    • , email, print or add to a calendar Booking Details of upcoming bookings.
Cancel an upcoming booking
    • View
booking history - past stays and cancelled bookings.
  • Print an Invoice of a past stay.
  • See a booking summary of past stays.
  • Edit Guest Profile information.
      • Policies, Terms and Conditions
      • Email or Print Check-in Details, Receipt and Digitally Signed Documents
      • Cancel the booking

    All changes made by the guest are automatically updated to MyPMS. When a guest cancels a booking in MyBooking, the booking will update in MyPMS and the status will change to Cancelled. Likewise, any changes made to Guest Details is automatically updated to the Guest Booking Information in MyPMS.

    After logging in to MyBooking, you will see three Tabs:: View Bookings, View Profile and Property Information


    TAB 1: View Bookings
    View Bookings

    Displays a list of all upcoming Confirmed Bookings.

    By clicking on a booking in the list, the booking details expand

    TAB 2: View Profile

    Displays Guest Details as entered in the Booking Data Tab in MyPMS as well as additional fields for  Dietary Requirements, etc.

    The Guest can click Edit to enter more information or modify the existing information.

    TAB 3: Property Information
    General Information:
    Basic contact property Information, phone, address, Address of the property. The information displayed here is entered in MyPMS in SETUP | SETTINGS | SITE DETAILS.  See Site Details

    Location Map:

    Interactive map showing property location. This map is automatically displayed with your location. Location is entered in MyPMS in SETUP | SETTINGS | GENERAL SETTINGS. Under Geography Section - Latitude and Longitude. See General Settings
