Add a VIP Flag to a Guest and it will appear on the Tape Chart with a red outline around the Guest Booking.  Image Removed
The VIP Flag is set up at the Guest Type level. In order for the VIP Flag to appear VIP must be chosen as the Guest Type in the booking. The VIP flag will automatically appear on all bookings with this guest name on the Tape Chart. Image Added Image Added
Set up VIP Flag Go to SETUP | PARAMETERS | GUEST TYPES. Click the ADD button to create a new Room Type.
 Image Added In the Guest Type ID and Description fields enter VIP. Enter any other settings needed. For instructions, see Guest Types.  Image Added
Open the booking and choose VIP as the Guest Type. The VIP flag will automatically appear on all bookings with this guest name on the Tape Chart.  Image Added
