The RUID sent to the Guest is unique. Therefore, the guest will be able to easily login to view and manage their booking. All changes made by the guest are automatically updated to MyPMS. When a guest cancels a booking in MyBooking, the booking will update in MyPMS and the status will change to Cancelled. Likewise, any changes made to Guest Details is automatically updated to the Guest Booking Information in MyPMS. Any changes made to a booking by the Guest is automatically updated to MyPMS. Likewise, any changes made to a booking by the property in MyPMS is automatically updated to the Guest Booking Summary. The MyBooking module can also be customized to your property by adding a logo, banner, displaying your marketing policies and room type images. Follow these steps to get started with your customized MyBooking App.
- Locate your MyBooking link: Locate your customized booking in SETUP | BOOKINGS | MYBOOKING CODE in MyPMS.
Customize your MyBooking to your Property. Your logo, banner and deposit policies will display on the booking engine. - Create a MyBooking Letter. To create a letter with the link to the Group Booking and user id and password,
- Create Booking or open a current Booking: Create a Booking or open an existing booking. See Bookings
- Enter Password in the Guest Information: Enter a Password in the Booking. See Guest Information
- Give the Guest login details: The booking can now be accessed by the guest through MyBooking. Give your guest the login details by sending the custom Confirmation Letter, email or phone. We have created a simple set of instructions for using the booking engine that you can copy and paste into any email or confirmation letter for guests.
