Some properties require taxes to be applied on top of another tax. This can be acompished under extra taxes using the 'Tax on Tax' flag and the sort values. An additional tax that has 'tax on tax' enabled will calculate on top of any taxes of a lower sort value, as well as primary and secondary taxes. This may mean that your primary and secondary taxes need to be setup as extra taxes with a higher sort value to avoid being calculated in a tax on tax scenario.
