The customization features for Front Desk Layout, Housekeeping and the New Booking Window are enabledbyUser..After the features are enabled, they will display on the Front Desk and need to be organized and customized at the Front Desk in the Admin Tab. You can choose to enable "Manager Admin" which enables the Front Desk Layout and New Booking Window customization and/or the "Housekeeper Admin" which enables the Housekeeping Groups. Only Users with Manager level access can enable these features for each User. Managers can .What this means is that you can choose which customization features you want to enable and give User access. Once the User has the customization features enabled, an "Admin" Tab will appear on the Front Desk,totheright of the Reports Tab. This will give the User, the ability to customize the areas they have been given access to. |
