The Room Type images section is used to upload the Room images which will display on your website and/or GDS and OTA sites. To to see a list of your Room Type images or to add or edit images go to SETUP | FEATURES AND IMAGES | ROOM TYPE IMAGES. See Add Room Type Images
Each Room type is allowed 1 image. In some cases, it is attractive to make a collage of images. If you are selling through the GDS, you are not allowed to use collages and the images must be (300 x 300 min and 480 x 480 max). Images must adhere to the minimum and maximum pixel size noted next to each image or they will not properly display on the CRS or GDS channels.
Thumbnail Images - these are part of the room type images section. All thumbnails need to conform to (100 x 100 min and 200 x 200 max).
A special tip: is to make them all the same size. It will look best on the booking engine. Please note that the number of images that will display on a GDS site is limited and that your website has the capability of displaying more images. See the list below of all image categories and those used exclusively for the GDS. The GDS images are required and must be uploaded for your property information to display properly on GDS sites.
