What is MyBookings only (MYBK)?
MyBooking only (MYBK) is an online booking app that offers a personalized site for guests to manage their guest profile. BookingCenter supports this feature via an RUID, which is a 'secure' URL a guest can click to view, update their personal details, such as credit cards, and or personal information.
All changes made by the guest are automatically updated to MyPMS. When a guest makes any changes made to Guest Details is automatically updated to the Guest Booking Information in MyPMS. If a property is using MyGuest, then these events create 'push' notifications and requests for your staff.
This offers the following features for the guest:
- Update Guest Details. Information, such as name, address and email along with any other personal information.
- Update Credit Card Information.
- View Check-in Details and Correspondence
- View Polices and Terms
This feature rich app is beneficial for both guests and for the property, as OTA/GDS bookings provide a non personal email and a virtual card.
