BookingCenter's Mobile Check-in lets the Guests update Booking Details, Cancel the booking, complete the Self Check-in process and get Room Entry information from their mobile device. The process is fully integrated with your PMS with synchronized status updates, customized messaging and digital document signing.
The Self Check-in process is designed to only allow the guest to complete check-in ON the checkin date check in date and only when a specfic set specific set of criteria has been met, similiar to similar to the check-in process in MyPMS. The Guest will only see the Check-in button and be allowed to complete the process if all criteria is met and it is on the date of check-in. IF the Guest clicks on the Self Check-in link BEFORE the Check-in date or the criteria is not met, then the Check-in button will not display and a specific message will appear.
