Send "eSign Request Letter" The eSign Step 3: Create Esign- "Digital Signature Letter (URL)" The Esign function is already enabled for each booking in MyPMS and is seamlessly integrated with BookingCenter Customized Letters. Once you have created the Digital Signature Request Default Esign Letter, then you need to create a Letter to email a "Esign Request Letter" that will be emailed to the Guest with the secure Esign link ("Digital Signing Letter (URL)" to the guest. When the guest clicks on the Esign Link "Digital Signing Letter (URL)link , the Letter you created and set as the "Digital Signature Request", Default Esign Letter will display with the required digital Signature boxes and allow the guest to read and sign the letter.After the guest submits the signed Letter, it is stored with the booking at a secure URL for future reference by the hotel or guest.
