What is MyBookings only (MYBK)?

MyBooking only (MYBK)  is is an online booking app that offers a personalized site for guests to manage their guest profile. BookingCenter supports this feature via an RUID, which is a 'secure' URL a guest can click to view, update their personal details, eSign documents, and make changes to their bookings.such as credit cards, and or personal information. 

All changes made by the guest are automatically updated to MyPMS. When a guest makes any changes made to Guest Details is automatically updated to the Guest Booking Information in MyPMS.  If a property is using MyGuest, then these events create 'push' notifications and requests for your staff.

This offers the following features for the guest:

• Update Guest Details.  Information, such as name, address and email along with any other personal information.
• Update Credit Card Information.
• View Check-in Details and Correspondence
• View Polices and Terms

This feature rich app is beneficial for both guests and for the property,  as OTA/GDS bookings provide a non personal email and a virtual card.
