Airbnb collects and remits taxes in the regions noted in their TOT Collection & Dates document. For any regions outside of those listed, the host is responsible for complying with in-region guidelines around tax remittance.
This is called pass through occupancy taxes are currently only available in markets where Airbnb does NOT collect and remit occupancy taxes. This section will only be present if Airbnb does NOT collect and remit occupancy taxes.
