To associate bookings together for easy search when they have different Guest names, add an Additional Guest to a booking.

By adding a additional guest, both bookings will appear when you search for either booking.

 

To Add an Additional Guest to an existing booking, go to the Edit Tab

  1. Go to the # of Guests drop down list below the Room Type Grid.
  2. # of Guests list: Choose the number of bookings you want associated to this booking.
  3. The Additional Guests Fields will appear.
  4. Type in the name of the Additional Guest.
  5. Click Get New Rates and click Save.
  6. The names of the Additional Guests will appear at the bottom of the Booking Data Tab.
  7. You will see an "edit" link next to the guest name. Click edit to see the Additional Guest information.

You will also see any additional guests listed at the bottom of each booking
