All availability, rates, and inventory will be sent from BookingCenter. If you override any of these settings in your EPC, it will automatically be reset by the interface to match your BookingCenter software once again. If you need to make changes, please contact your Expedia Market Manager or our Expedia Distribution Team here at BookingCenter through the Support Tickets.
2.) Settings like your Min/Max occupancy, Min/Max Lead Time, Amenities, and Cancellation Policies have been manually provided to Expedia from BookingCenter. If you need any of these to be changed, please contact the Expedia Distribution Team.
3.) Any other features of your connection can be loaded into your EPC (images, descriptions of the images, etc). These will not be overriden by BookingCenter.
4.) Guest information that is downloaded into your software from Expedia will seem limited. However, we have been told that you can request your Expedia Market Manager to release this information with your reservations. Please discuss this option with them directly.
