Most custoemrs have BookingCenter create their datafiles through the Datafile Serup Service service, with details at: http://[ www.BookingCenter.com/store/. |http://www.BookingCenter.com/store/]Alternatively, anyone can create a datafile as the initial step in personalizing your software. Your datafile holds all of the information you enter into the program as well as the configurations and settings that you will select (guest names, rooms, rates, etc.). You only need to create the datafile once.
Note Once you have created the datafile, BookingCenter will remember its location and open it automatically each time it is launched.
Warning ! NEVER delete your datafile!
Tip ! We recommend that you use the BookingCenter Tutorial to run through setting up basic features. The Tutorial utilizes the data that is pre-loaded in the demonstration datafile (BCDEMO.df1).
