Page Header


The following information is displayed on the top of each page:
  • The name of the user currently logged in.
  • The name of the hotel currently being managed.
  • Setup (See the Setup section for an explanation of this.)
  • Help (Links to our Knowledge Base)
  • "Sign Off" – This will log out the current user and return to the "Login" page.
  • The Active Search field.
  • The System Date (see the Night Audit section for an explanation of this).
  • Drop Down Navigational Menu

 



Navigational Menu
The Navigational Menu displays some information as well as provides links to different modules of the software. The Navigational Menu is available on all pages.
The links are as follows:

  • "Front Desk" – Loads the Front Desk landing page (see Front Desk below).
  • "Booking" - Loads the Booking landing page for loading, creating and modifying bookings (see Bookings below).
  • "Reports" – Allows the user to select different report modules from the drop down menu.
  • The next three items are redundant to the Active Search Function.
  • Arrivals are a list of all of the guests due to check in today. By clicking on one of the names, you will be directed to the "Booking Data" page of the reservation where you can check the reservation in.
  • "In-House" is a list of guests currently checked in but are not due to check out today. By clicking on a name on this list, the user is taken to the folio page of the Booking where you can enter charges and payments.
  • "Departures" is a list of rooms due to check out today. By clicking on a room number, you will be directed to the Folio page of the Booking where you can add payments and check the guest out.
  • All other links will direct the user to the respective page.
