Yield Management - Including/Excluding Out of Order (OOO) Rooms

Yield Management Including OOO Rooms (Yes/No)

• Under Booking Engine Settings, you can set if you would like Yield Management calculations to either include or exclude OOO Rooms
  • Yield Management Inc OOO = Yes
    • MyPMS will include OOO in both number of booked rooms and number of total rooms.
    • If a room is in OOO status, it will be included in the yield management calculations.
    • This is the default setting.
  • Yield Management Inc OOO = No
    • MyPMS will exclude OOO in both booked rooms and number of rooms.
    • For example, if a room is in OOO status, it will NOT be included in the yield management calculations. 
      
      
• Note that rooms set to Publish Online = No and Rooms set to Ignore on Occupancy will not be included in any yield management calculations
