You may add folios using the "Add New Folio" button. You will be prompted to name the new Folio. Normally, you would simply label it "incidentals", however, sometimes you may want to give it the name of the second guest so that charges can be split up appropriately. If a folio is created, it will still be linked to the same room number/reservation. It will simply be an additional bill to apply charges and payments to. When you enter the folio page, you will be working with the Primary folio by default. To switch to another folio, simply select the corresponding folio from the drop down menu.
