What is MyBookings only (MYBK)?MyBooking only (MYBK) is an online service that offers a personalized site for guests to manage their guest and booking profile. BookingCenter supports this feature via an RUID, which is a 'secure' URL a guest can click to view, update their personal details, such as credit cards, and or personal information. All changes made by the guest are automatically updated to MyPMS. When a guest makes changes to their Guest Details, these are automatically updated to the Guest Booking Information in MyPMS. If a property is using MyGuest, then these events create 'push' notifications and requests for your staff. |
