  • Added an Artificial Intelligence System for Revenue Management via our integration with Lighthouse.  The Lighthouse interface gives properties a third option in our suite when automating rate changes across the distribution landscape. And this one comes with some cool AI features, as Lighthouse uses AI and market comparatives to determine your best rates.  Thus, instead of rules you set that alter based on time and/or occupancy, Lighthouse uses your past booking ‘pace’, market comparatives, and outside data (such as weather, group events, sporting activities, etc) to determine the best rates for your available rooms. And automates them inside BookingCenter so that they can be <selectively> distributed to where you want them.  You can evaluate its ROI based on the number of rooms your property has and Lighthouse gives BookingCenter customers a 2-week evaluation for free.
