• Added an Artificial Intelligence System for Revenue Management via our integration with Lighthouse.  The Lighthouse interface gives properties a third option in our suite when automating rate changes across the distribution landscape. And this one comes with some cool AI features, as Lighthouse uses AI and market comparatives to determine your best rates.  Thus, instead of rules you set that alter based on time and/or occupancy, Lighthouse uses your past booking ‘pace’, market comparatives, and outside data (such as weather, group events, sporting activities, etc) to determine the best rates for your available rooms. And automates them inside BookingCenter so that they can be <selectively> distributed to where you want them.  You can evaluate its ROI based on the number of rooms your property has and Lighthouse gives BookingCenter customers a 2-week evaluation for free.

• General Ledger (GL) Accounting interface to QuickBooks - what we call "BookingCenter to Your GL" - is now automated at Night Audit to QuickBooks.  Thus, for any user of QuickBooks Online, any subset or all of your Transaction Categories, Inventory Items, and Receipt Types needed in your General Ledger (GL) can be keep current - automatically. Payment Gateway

• With the recent launch of Stripe, BookingCenter offers merchant processing services in over 14 currencies and takes advantage of one of tehpayment industry's leading technology platforms.  You can bring your own Stripe account, or add one via the BookingCenter platform. Either way, you can be setup and working the same day as enrolling with a true 'Lodging' merchant account embedded into BookingCenter.

Booking Engine

• Additional backend updates of the Booking Engine now allow for better conversion for properties, and we added a feature that allows you to show the 'lowest available rate' on each calendar date to enable easier visibility of value by your online guests.

• The latest version of the BookingCenter App is live in the Apple App Store and Google Play. Please update when convenient.
