When a name is identified for a Guest Data EZ Search, upon pressing ENTER or selecting with the mouse, the page refreshes and all data from that guest record is populating the guest data fields.
If the name is not found, continuing entering the name and press TAB to exit this text box and when you SAVE your information at the end of the reservation, this record will be added to the guest history database. The next time you use EZ Search the record will show up.
