How can I participate in the agoda program?
Agoda is one of Asia’s top hotel booking sites (thus, over half of the globe's population). Please find the steps below to enroll your property with Agoda. Once you are live all reservations from Agoda will import seamlessly into BookingCenter and rates and availability will be maintained as other OTAs such as Expedia or Booking.com are.
- Go to: https://ycs.agoda.com/en-us/ExpressConnect/Index and click "Connect Today" in First Time Registration box on the left.
- When you complete the registration process, an Agoda representative will contact you to sign all the required paperwork and complete your profile via their extranet.
- Your Agoda representative will send you and BookingCenter your room type mapping details.
- We will work with our distribution partners to have this mapped for you.
- When the mapping is complete, an official activation notice will be sent.
Typical turnaround on mapping is between 5 to 10 business days. Note that all photos and images are updated directly within the YCS/Agoda extranet. BookingCenter does not have access to this, images and policy statements will have to be updated by someone on your team.
