Import

When first setting up BookingCenter from a different or older system, these import routines will enable you to quickly and effortlessly import Rooms, Room Types, Rates, Owners, Inventory Items, Sources, and Guests. For creating import files, (See "Ordering Inventory Import Fields" on page lxxxiv
Tip To try and import data into BookingCenter on your own, view the FAQ area of the BookingCenter website at:http://www.BookingCenter.com/faq.html to download the file structure to import your data directly. Note, though, that BookingCenter does not help in your effort this unless purchased as part of a Setup Package
Note Using the Import routine from an older Property Management System or Point of Sale system is supported from BookingCenter when purchasing a Package or Setup from BookingCenter. Because of the complexity of this process, BookingCenter cannot directly support this from other systems without first purchasing a Package or Datafile Setup.
