When BookingCenter processes an online booking, a commission is sometimes applied to the booking. The commission charged is determined by where the booking originated from and is paid to BookingCenter AFTER the guest has paid the property (i.e. after check-out)
You will be notified of each booking made online with an email. In addition, for PMS users, these bookings will appear on the Daily Management window and the Room Management windows. A commission, based on the total booking amount, may be due to BookingCenter when the guest checks out and settles their account with you. BookingCenter remits monthly bills and asks that you pay according to the terms of your contract.
