The AI Agent pricing is below.  For 1-way and 2-way messaging fees, there are message fees that the hotel agrees to pay. Because SMS messages cost money to send, our customers purchase a 'SMS Plan' that meets their needs, as below.  The plans are all month-to-month and vary based on the country of origin.

Requirements for Messaging:

  • Only MyPMS customers can subscribe to the 1-way and 2-way messaging services.  MyPMS and Channel Manager customers can both subscribe to the AI Agent service.
  • When Messaging is activated, a country will be required for all Guest's who have mobile numbers entered into a Booking (on the Booking Data tab).  It is not required that a mobile number be provided for all bookings.  But if one is provided, the Guest must have the country selected or the country code saved with the Mobile number in order to activate outbound automated messaging. If someone messages in-bound, the system knows how to reply.
  • BookingCenter assumes that the country of your property is the 'default' country code for your mobile phone numbers, if one is not selected.

SMS Pricing for 1-way and 2-way services

Billing is based on a 'per segment' structure. Each segment is up to 153 characters.  How many segments make up a specific SMS 'message' is based on how many words you decide to include. When making 'SMS Letters' you should count the number of characters to be as brief - and use as few segments - as possible.

For Example,  If a Property writes a SMS Letter that is 154 to 306 characters, then it will be counted as 2 Segments, 307 to 460 characters =  3 segments, etc., and will be billed accordingly.

  • *When the SMS Module is activated, the correct country will be required for all Guest's entered into a Booking (on the Booking Data tab).  It is not required that a mobile number be provided for all bookings.  But if one is provided, the Guest record must have the country assigned. BookingCenter assumes that the country of your property is the 'default' country code for your mobile phone numbers, if one is not selected.  If the Mobile number is registered as country code: +1 (USA or Canada, for example), but the Guest lives in Denmark, then the Country must be selected as 'USA or Canada for the SMS to be received.
  • If you purchase a specific 'segment' plan, and then consume (go over) the plan's amount of segments, you will automatically be billed the difference between the initial plan and the 'actual' plan, and your 'recurring fee' will be set to the new plan.

For example, if you chose the 100 segments plan ($30/mo), and then consumed 900 segments ($70/mo) instead of the plan you had signed up for, the billing department will bill you the difference (in this example, $40 for the month's increase in consumption between $30 and $70).  Then, the next month you will be billed $70 and be automatically enrolled in the 1000 segments plan.  This will continue until you request a different plan by contacting the Billing Department or sending a Support Ticket requesting for the lower plan and then adhering to that plan's terms.

2-way Messaging and AI Chat Bot service

2-way messaging is more expensive than 1-way because the customer pays for both outgoing and incoming SMS (WhatsApp messages are not charged).  BookingCenter cannot limit a customer to only using WhatsApp, as the telco services will attempt to route the message via WhatsApp, if possible, but will 'fall back' to SMS if no WhatsApp is available. In addition, all 2-way messaging and AI Agent customers are required to register a telephone number to be able to use either SMS or WhatsApp.  Costs are as follows:

1) 2-Way Messaging:One-Time Setup & Installation Fee:$ 300 non refundable one-time setup fee is required, which covers:

  • Phone number provisioning and setup for 12 months.
  • Carrier registration and monthly carrier charges (included for the first 12 months).
    • Activation to WhatsApp Business App service for properties with up to 20 rooms, included.
    • Activation to WhatsApp Business Platform service for properties with > 20 rooms there is an additional $200 one-time fee.

2) SMS 'bucket price as above, as all customers must have an SMS plan, whether registered for WhatsApp or not.

3) Annual fee of $300 to maintain carrier registration and monthly service charges.


AI Chat Bot Concierge, Agentic Booking, and Messaging:

One-Time Setup & Installation Fee: $500 non refundable one-time setup fee is required, which covers:

  • Phone number provisioning and setup for 12 months.
  • Carrier registration and monthly carrier charges (included for the first 12 months).
  • Property onboarding, configuration, and hotel metadata setup (amenities, policies, FAQs).
  • Document ingestion, content creation, and hotel photograph/media ingestion.
  • Booking engine integration and AI training on hotel-specific data.

Monthly Fees (Platform + Messaging costs, thus no need to bucket price from above):

  • Tier 3 (0 to  25 rooms) : $150/mo
  • Tier 2 (25 to 50 rooms): $250/mo
  • Tier 1 (50 to 100 rooms) : $400/mo 
  • Ultimate TIer: 100 rooms+  Properties with 100 rooms or more can choose to pay flat-priced at $650 per month or lower amount @5$ per room.

Included Services: This monthly fee includes AI compute and inference costs, WhatsApp Business messaging costs, and SMS/Text messaging costs, ChatGPT and OpenAI search.
