The BookingSuite/BookingCenter interface gives you the ability to offer and manage special promotions for a certain time period or to a targeted group of guests.

Using the BookingCenter Fixed PACKAGES feature (the equivalent of 'Promotions' in the BookingSuite toolset - BookingSuite only supports 'fixed' packages, not 'dynamic' packages), your guests can use a Promo Code on your BookingSuite website to acess promotional rates when booking. 

To set up Promotional Rates in your BookingCenter system for use on your BookingSuite website, follow these steps:

• Set up the Promotional Rate in your PMS system by creating a Package. How do I use promo codes to offer discounts or packages on my website?

• Then, in the BookingSuite Agent Channel (BUT), allocate the the Room type and the Promotional Rate (Package) that you set up. BookingSuite: Manage rates and availability
