The Occupancy Report provides a detailed historical report of daily occupancy during a specific date range.

This report is typically used to analyze past Occupancy, ADR, REVPAR by Room. 

Occupancy Report Rules

  • The Room Revenue is calculated on actual Income of past bookings.
  • You can choose to "Deduct Out of Order Rooms". This setting changes the total number of rooms in the first column "Room" in the Report. This number is used to calculated for occupancy %  and revenue. For example, if you have 50 Rooms available and 2 are are out of order and you choose to "Deduct Out of Order Rooms", then the total Rooms is 48 and occupancy and revenue will be calculated from this number. 
  • Will deduct any rooms flagged to ignore on Occupancy Report from the total number of rooms in the first column "Room" in the Report.
