Group Folio

The Group Folio page is similar to the Guest Folio pages described elsewhere. What is unique is that the Group Folio has a 'Folio Comments' field under Folio Setup that can be pushed to the Folio Notes on each Booking that is part of the Group. Once on a Group Folio, a charge can be moved to any Booking Folio part of the Group. So ,in effect, a Group Folio can act as a 'middle stop' for Folio transfers.
