The history page displays the history of the selected guest. It will show all reservations for the past and future, including the reservation you are currently working. Most interesting, the system analyzes a 'Guest History Calculation' that analyzes all past stays into the following criteria to help decide what room/type to provide and show the Guest how important he/she is: Avg # of Nights per stay, CXL Ratio: (as a %), Avg Rate, Most Freq Room Type, Most Freq Room
