First you need to provide your device serial number to the BookingCenter Support staff. This will allow us to link your device to your property. If you are using more that one device please provide both device serial number and a label of your choice to identify each device separately on your batch settlement report. Once your device serial number and label have been provided and you have confirmation that we have completed the mapping of your device to your property you are ready to begin. - Connect your MyCard EMV© device to your modem with an ethernet cable from the red dongle on the device to an open port on your modem.
- Connect your front desk computer to your modem, with an ethernet cable, to an open port on the same modem.
- Connect the power cord to your device.
- Wait for the MyCard EMV© device to boot up and self check. You will se a success message if the self check was completed.
