How does MyBooking work?

Customize MyBooking to your property

MyBooking can  be customized to your property by adding a logo, displaying your marketing policies and creating a customized letter. See MyBooking - Customize to Property

Create a USER ID and PASSWORD for the Guest

• First, create a Booking or open an existing booking in MyPMS. The email address of the booking is the User ID and you will enter the password.
• Open the Booking and go to the Booking Data Tab.
• In the Booking Information section, make sure a vaildemailaddressis entered and enter a password then click Save. See MyBooking - Create Password
• The Booking and guest history can now be accessed by the guest by logging in at https://mybooking.bookingcenter.com/
• Give the Guest the User ID and password and direct them to https://mybooking.bookingcenter.com/ to log in.
• To easily email the USER ID, Passwordand the MyBooking link, you can create a custom Confirmation Letter using merge fields to automatically insert the informationn.  Merge Fields - Individual Letters

Guest Login to MyBooking

• Log in at https://mybooking.bookingcenter.com/
• Enter USER ID (email address) and PASSWORD (Entered by property in the Booking Data Tab in MyPMS)

MyBooking Functions

After logging in to MyBooking, you will see three Tabs:: View Bookings, View Profile and Property Information

• View Bookings
  • View Bookings 
    
    • Displays a list of all upcoming Confirmed Bookings. By clicking on a booking in the list, the booking details expand anddsiplaysdetailed room type, room and rate information for each day of the booking.
    • The Guestis also givethe option to email, print, add to calendar or cancel the booking.
  •  Past Stays
    • Displays a list of all past Complete Bookings. By clicking on a booking in the list, the booking details expand anddsiplaysdetailed room type, room and rate information for each day of the booking.
    • The Guestis also givethe option to email, print, add to calendar or print an invoice.
  •  Cancellations
    • Displays a list of all Cancelled Bookings.
  •  Bookings Summary
    • Displays a summary of booking activity for the Guest with the following information.
      • Avg # of Nights: 2
      • Cancellation Ratio: 0%
      • Most Freq Room Type: Standard Queen
      • Most Freq Room: 220
      • Avg Rate: $225.00
      • Active Stays: 0
      • Total Stays: 3

• View Profile
  • Displays Guest Details as entered in the Booking Data Tab in MyPMS as well as additional fields for  Dietary Requirements, etc.  The Guest can click Edit to enter more information or modify the existing information.
• Property Information
  
  • General Information: Basic contact property Information, phone, address, Address of the property.
  • Policies:  Deposit, Confirmation, and Cancellation Policy Message.
  • Location Map: Interactive map showing property location

Changes Updated to MyPMS

All changes made by the guest are automatically updated to MyPMS. When a guest cancels a booking in MyBooking, the booking will update in MyPMS and the status will change to Cancelled. Likewise, any changes made to Guest Details is automatically updated to the Guest Booking Information in MyPMS.
