The information shown in the Guest Information Section is attached to the guest and will update all Guest Records when any changes are made. To change Guest Information and create a new guest record, click on Reset Guest ID. This is useful when multiple bookings are made under one guest name and then need to be changed when the information needs to be changed. All fields denoted with a red asterisk * are required field and must be filled in to complete the booking. |
