To associate bookings together for easy search when they have different Guest names, add an

Additional Guest to a booking. By adding a additional guest, both bookings will appear when you search for either booking.

To Add an Additional Guest to a Booking, go to the Edit Tab.

  1. Go to the # of Guests drop down list below the Room Type Grid.
  2. Choose 2 from the # of Guests list.
  3. The Additional Guests Fields will appear.
  4. Type in the name of the Additional Guests.
  5. Click Get New Rates and click Save.
  6. The names of the Additional Guests will appear at the bottom of the Booking Data Tab.
