The Room Type Images section is used to upload the Images which will display on your Tape Chart in "Room Details", on your Website or exported to your AirBnB listing (requires subscription).

You can upload up to 20 images per Room Type. These images will display as follows:

The Room Type images uploaded here are displayed in the following places:

MyPMS Tape Chart: Room Type “View Details” pop out. (1 Image)
BookingCenter Booking Engine Templates: Room Type Thumbnail and slideshow (1 Min. and 5 Max.).
AirBnB Direct Connection: Uploaded to your AirBnB profile (10 Min. and 20 Max.).

You can upload up to 20 images per Room Type.
Image must be 72dpi and .jpg, .png or.gif
Image Size: Min: 240 x 480, Max: 1080 x 1080, Optimal: 1240 x 720,
A thumbnail image will be automatically generated for each image uploaded.

To to see your Room Type images or to add or edit images, go to SETUP | FEATURES AND IMAGES | ROOM TYPE IMAGES.

Here you will see a list of all of your Room Types, Each Room Type has two images. The first image will display in the "View Details" Window. See Booking Engine | View Details and Amenities. The second image, "Thumb Image " is the Room Type Thumbnail image and will display next to the Room Type in the Booking Engine. For more details, see Booking Engine | Room Description and Images

If you haven't uploaded any images yet, the Default screen will display as shown below.
As you add images, you will see them appear in the corresponding category on this page.
The Room Type categories listed correspond with the Room Types you have already set up. If you do not see the Room Type in the list, then go to Add Room Types to add the appropriate Room Type.

Thumbnail images are used on your website booking engine, on the Tape Chart and in the Booking by Inquiry function. To enable the thumbnails to appear on your website go to Booking Engine Settings and choose "yes" for Display Thumbnail images.

Room Type Images

Each Room Type has two images.

The first image will display in the "View Details" Window. See Booking Engine | View Details and Amenities.

The second image, "Thumb Image " is the Room Type Thumbnail image and will display next to the Room Type in the Booking Engine. For more detalls, see Booking Engine | Room Description and Images

Room Type Images

Insert any image you choose as the Room Type Image Thumbnail displayed for the Room Type..This can be a logo, graphic, image, etc.

The file you upload must be in a .JPG format.
Recommended size for Room Type Thumbnail image is 200 pixels (width) x 120 pixels (height).

To change your Room Type Thumbnail image, go to SETUP | FEATURES AND IMAGES | ROOM TYPE IMAGES. Here you will see a list of all of your Room Types, Each Room Type has two images. To upload an image:

Click on Browse to select the image from your local folder. Select the image from your local folder on the computer.
Click Submit to upload the image.

When the image has uploaded, you will see it display below the Room Type name.

Click on Delete to remove the image.
Click on Browse to select the image from your local folder. Select the image from your local folder on the computer.
Click Submit to upload the image.
