Rooming List - Always reflects the current state of the group reservation (no option to enter a different date) and prints a summary of all bookings, details including arrival and departure, and how many A/C/In included in each bookings of the Group
Group Summary: The Group Summary displays a summary list of all of the Group Bookings in a selected date range. The Report includes the Group Name the Group Booking Title and Arrival/Departure Dates.
Rooming List: Displays the details of the individual Guests in a Group Booking. The Report includes, each guest name, confirmation number, Room Type and Room, # of Guests and Arrival/Departure Dates.
