The Room List in the Group Booking Details provides and easy way to view current bookings in the Group, the number of Rooms booked in the allotment and Add New Bookings to the Group Booking. Add New Booking :To add a new individual reservation, enter the last name first. This is an EZ Search box and if the guest record already exists, it will auto fill with the guest details. See, Add Booking to Group Booking - Arrival, Departure and # Nights: The default arrival and departure dates will correspond to the group dates and will be limited to dates within the group reservation. To edit the booking dates, see Edit Allocations in the Edit Tab
- Room Type and Room: Choose a Room Type and the Room drop-down list will display the available Rooms in the Room Type.
- Guaranteed by: Choose the payment method. If the Guest has an individual credit card number enter it here. See Guaranteed By
See Room Allotments and Availability for this Group: The Room Allotment list displays a summary of the allocations and the # of Rooms booked in each Room Type. To change the Room Type allotments, go to the Edit Allocations

To view the details of a booking in the Room List, you can click on the guest name of any individual booking that listed and the system will load the Individual Guest Booking Details. The individual booking information can be edited and unlinked it from the group if necessary.
NOTE: The Group Revenue shown in the Booking Header will increase as you add bookings to the Group. In this example, one booking has been added to the Group: 3 Nights at $200=$600 plus Tax = $672. See Group Booking Header. The Projected Income shown in the Booking Data will still reflect the total projected cost of the booking based on Room Allocations in the Edit Tab. See Edit Allocations
