Airbnb collects and remits taxes in the regions noted in their TOT Collection & Dates document. For any regions outside of those listed, the host is responsible for complying with in-region guidelines around tax remittance. This is called pass through occupancy taxes are currently only available in markets where Airbnb does NOT collect and remit occupancy taxes.
