The Property Summary is a display of vital property data including the Hotel Name and Address information, descriptions, attractions, policies, accepted forms of payment, rates, and room types. This report is particularly helpful during the initial building of the hotel in the system, as it gives the user a “one-stop” view of the hotel descriptive data. Each hotel should make an effort to review this information and ensure the data is correct. If the hotel is missing information in a section, the system notes “Description Missing” in red.
